Three simple steps
How to sign a PDF online
Draw your signature
Open a PDF, choose Signature and draw with a mouse, trackpad or finger.
Add date or text
Place today's date or a short typed note anywhere on the selected page.
Download the PDF
Move or resize the elements, then download one completed signed copy.
Private local processing
Your document and signature remain in the active browser session. CalcsBay does not intentionally upload the PDF or signature to a server.
Electronic versus digital signatures
This tool places a visible representation of your signature into the PDF. Requirements for legally binding electronic signatures vary, and some workflows require identity verification or certificate-based digital signing.
